Conhostur, the hospitality and tourism confederation of the Valencian Community, brought chefs and producers to Kellohalli for an evening of showcooking, tasting and networking. One night in Helsinki had to keep working for months. Our job: make the evening outlive the evening.

Film the craft, not the crowd.
Hands, heat and plates first; speeches second. The edit follows the food from the pass to the table, so the region’s story is told by what people tasted — València to Helsinki, 2,894 km, in one evening.
