ExperienceCeremony
One evening. A live audience,
a broadcast eye, a phone in
every hand.
Design a ceremony that reads in the room, on camera and on a phone — without inventing a new brand for each.
Seven suppliers, seven readings of the same evening.
One concept, decided early, carried to every surface the evening touched.
Invitation & credentials
The first thing anyone held.
Photocall
The brand in every frame the press filed.
Signage & wayfinding
Nobody had to ask where to go.
The court
The key visual, at forty metres.
Stage screens
Legible from the last row and on camera.
Programme
The evening, in the hand.
Merchandising
What leaves with the guest.
Social
The evening, still running a week later.

One direction, tested at every distance it had to survive.
Three routes went on the table in the Direction Room. The one that held at forty metres and at six inches won — before a single asset was produced.

The room and the broadcast had to agree.
Eight formats left this studio for one evening — one direction, without restarting the brief for each.

Decide
One session on the room, the cameras and the audience. Three routes on the table; the one that survived both a forty-metre screen and a six-inch phone won.
Produce
One sprint produced the key visual first. Stage, signage, merchandising and social inherited it — nothing went back for a rebrief.
Keep
Masters handed over: grid, type, colour and motion rules. The next edition starts from them, not from zero.
