The terms behind a visible price.
Prices are on the page, so the conditions attached to them should be too. These terms cover using this site, enquiring about a project, and what happens between a confirmed scope and final delivery.
01Using this website
This site describes the services of Deckhaus and the prices at which selected products are offered. You may read it, share links to it and quote it with attribution. Automated scraping, bulk copying and reuse of the design or content for a competing offer are not permitted.
02Intellectual property
The Deckhaus name, wordmark, visual identity, typography choices, page design, copy and the case-study material on this site belong to Deckhaus or to the clients who commissioned the work, and are shown with their permission.
Client logos are used to identify work carried out for those clients. They remain the property of their owners and do not imply an endorsement of this website.
03Project enquiries
Submitting a form does not create a contract. It starts a conversation. We confirm within one working day whether the scope fits the product you selected, and what sits outside it.
The Try one piece offer is a complimentary concept direction for selected submissions: one piece per company, concept only, no source files, no revision round, returned within five working days of acceptance. We may decline a submission without giving a reason.
04Prices and estimates
Fixed prices shown on this site apply to the scope described next to them. Ranges marked from or typical are indications, and are confirmed as a fixed number after the scope conversation, before anything is produced.

05Scope, timing and payment
A project starts once four things are true: the scope is approved in writing, the required materials are received, the initial payment is made and a kickoff slot is confirmed. Published timelines run from that point, not from the first enquiry.
Work outside the agreed scope is quoted as an add-on and approved before it is produced.
- Payment terms
- Owner input — deposit percentage, balance trigger, invoice due days
- Late payment
- Owner input — interest or fee policy, if any
- Cancellation
- Owner input — cancellation and rescheduling terms
06Confidentiality
Material you send is treated as confidential by default: not published, not shared outside the people working on your project, and never used to train machine-learning models. An NDA is available before you send anything — ask at the start.
We ask for the same in return regarding our working methods, internal templates and pricing where it is not published on this site.
07Delivery and ownership
On final payment, the deliverables produced for your project are yours: fully editable source files, with usage notes. Third-party assets inside them — typefaces, stock imagery, licensed data — remain under their own licences, and we tell you which ones apply before delivery.
Deckhaus keeps the right to show the work publicly unless you ask us not to, or an NDA says otherwise.
08Limits
The information on this site is provided in good faith and may change. Prices, timelines and availability are those confirmed in writing for your project, not those cached in a browser or quoted from an older version of the page.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
09Governing law
Owner input — governing law and competent courts, once the legal entity is confirmed
Still open
Every item marked owner input above is a real gap, not a placeholder we intend to leave. This page is published with those fields flagged so nothing on it is invented; they are filled in before the site is promoted publicly.
