Idea & briefing
The moment, the audience, the decision you need. We ask what nobody asked.

The Moment of Truth — one keynote for every speaker on stage.
Conservas del Norte — a tinned-fish brand built end to end.
Contactless breathing care — a medtech brand people sleep next to.
Lab automation from Basel — the lab, run to the microlitre.
Dermatological science — every claim, one page of evidence.
Construction systems — tools, anchors and software, built to hold.
A Taste Can Travel — one line from 1922, carried back to Basel as an object passport.
Café du lac — a coffee bar you could only find in Geneva.
Una experiencia valenciana en Helsinki — one evening, filmed to last.
A content system: one template, endless posts.
A Series A, told as one company in every room.
Experience Ceremony — one evening, eight formats.
Deckhaus Originals — Souffle, Aliquo, Sérac, Gneis, Lonja, Seconde and Källa are brands we built ourselves, end to end, to show the whole chain in one piece of work. Fazer Blue — A Taste Can Travel is a self-initiated concept for a real brand; it was not commissioned by, and is not affiliated with, Fazer.
Deckhaus began as a presentation studio — board meetings, investor rounds, keynotes. For Mango’s most important morning of the year, we designed the keynote every speaker took on stage.
One idea, held under pressure, in front of the people who decide. That discipline is how we build everything now: one direction, decided first — then built out.
Strategy, identity, the deck, the product and the launch — one brand, never re-briefed. Here, Souffle: from the wordmark to the morning report.
The night, the stand and the film belong to the same idea as the deck. Nobody re-briefs, nothing drifts.
Positioning, naming and the identity systems that carry a brand into every room.
Board, investor, sales and keynote decks — our pillar since day one.
Go-to-market stories, campaigns and content systems a team runs every week.
Stages, stands, invitations and the film that makes the night last.
One direction throughout.

Deckhaus is founded and led by Rodrigo García. He stays directly involved from the first conversation to final delivery, bringing in trusted specialists only when the project needs them.

Send one real piece from your company. If it is a strong fit for the studio, we'll show you how we'd rethink its hierarchy, structure, narrative and visual direction — and why. Yours to keep either way.
Fixed where a scope can be fixed. An honest range where it can't. Never a call to find out.
Anything missing — rodrigo@deckhaus.studio, same-day reply.
Anything your company shows to someone: decks, keynotes, launch campaigns, landing pages, social systems, event identities, stage screens, annual reports, brand guidelines, templates, motion. Not eight separate services — one visual language applied to whatever the situation needs.
You send one existing piece — a slide, a report page, a landing section, an event screen. We rethink its hierarchy, structure, narrative and visual direction, and send back one concept direction with a short rationale within five working days. Conceptual, not production-ready: no revision rounds, no source files, one per company. Yours to keep whether you hire us or not.
Private by default. Uploads are never published and never used to train models, files are deleted after 30 days if we don't work together, and an NDA is available before you send anything. Board decks, unannounced launches and financials are exactly the material this studio handles.
Every fixed-price product lists both, on this page: the deliverable, the timeline, two revision rounds and fully editable delivery — and what sits outside it, typically full copywriting, financial modelling, translation, photography and additional formats. Anything outside scope is quoted as an add-on at the scope check, before you pay.
A round, a launch, an event — several pieces that have to work together. That's a One moment system, and it starts in the Direction Room: one senior session where we diagnose what the moment needs and scope it. Typical one-moment projects run €8k–20k, and you get the exact number before anything is produced.
Yes, and often that's the point. We can work inside your existing brand, or set the direction and build the system while your team or agency runs it. Everything ships editable with usage rules. Ongoing is €3,500/month of studio capacity if you'd rather keep us close — continuity, not unlimited design, pausable any month.
AI widens exploration and removes repetitive production, so more options get tested and more get thrown away. Every decision that reaches your audience — narrative, hierarchy, typography, data — is made and signed by a senior designer. You never pay for exploration time.

Yes. Tell us at the start and we sign your NDA before you send anything, or send ours. We also supply the documentation procurement normally asks for — scope, timeline, fixed price and invoicing details — as a written proposal. Say so in the first message and it comes with the scope confirmation.
You get an automatic confirmation, then a written reply from Rodrigo within one working day: a scope check against the product you chose, anything that sits outside it, and the price confirmed. If it fits, you receive a payment link and a kickoff slot, and the project starts with a Direction Room session. Timing starts once scope is approved, materials are received and the kickoff slot is confirmed.
Everything here left the studio as part of a system — one direction, decided once, then carried into every format the moment asked for.

One direction. Every format the moment needs.

One working session on the audience, the message and the visual direction. Three routes on the table, one chosen with you — the moment when changing your mind still costs nothing.
AI widens the search so we can throw away more — human judgement signs everything that reaches your audience. Real routes early; final production only after the direction is agreed.
Editable sources, master templates and usage rules. Your team runs the system without us — and the next piece starts from it, not from zero.
The moment, the audience, the decision you need. We ask what nobody asked.
Out: one-line briefThe concept becomes structure, tone and visual grammar — and a list of what to avoid.
Out: visual grammarWide search, ruthless editing. You see the strongest routes, never the noise.
